I am excited to capture your beautiful and special day so that you can delve into the memories and relive the day and emotions every time you see your photos! I will capture every detail, every special look and kiss, all the special loved ones who shared the day with you! Lets create a lasting memory and Lets have fun together!
wedding experience:
Wedding day, I’m with you every step of the way! I will not only capture special moments of you and your mom while putting on your gown, I’ll also fix your makeup if you need me to! Ill make sure you and your groom eat the amazing dish you picked out! Ill fix anything that seems out of place for the perfect backdrop! I’ll even act as an event coordinator making sure all goes smoothly + will remind you to breathe and take the moment in! In fact, ill be your maid of honor if you want me to! lol. With my experience in event planning, selling makeup, interior design, outreach work + etc; I pay attention to every detail so that you can have a stress free wedding experience! I like to feel like for that day, Im a part of the family. I will be there to guide you and to lend a hand along with all the people who love you and are there to help you have the most amazing day + celebrate your love with you!
Wedding booking process:
Before Booking:
I send out a detailed pricing guide for you to choose exactly what you want for me to capture on your big day + a free guide of what to look for in a wedding photographer when you inquire through my contact form.
We set up a skype/facetime call if out of town or meet for coffee to get to know you + answer any questions you have about working with me and the booking process!
Once you are ready to book, I send out a online proposal with contract and invoice for you to pay directly through your personal client portal!
I guarantee I don’t book anyone on your wedding date when a 50% non refundable deposit has been made + contract has been signed! A session or wedding date is not considered booked until both of those have been done. Remaining balance is due one month before wedding date.
Once booked:
I send out an email with details about our process + telling you how excited I am to work with you!
I send you an amazing “Wedding Guide'“ of more than 30 pages to help you plan your wedding + things to prepare for the most amazing, memorable photos on wedding day! Things like: My best advice for the perfect timeline, Getting ready photos, Should you have a first look or not? etc.
I work with you to set up the perfect timeline for the best photos and stress-free wedding. If you hire a wedding planner, I will work with them to make your day run even smoother and take a load off of you!
1 month before wedding I send out an amazing tool called a questionnaire that will help me guarantee I capture every single most important moment for you on your special day and eliminate the need to ask questions day of so that you are not worried about any photo being missed! We meet up again on a skype/facetime call if out of town or meet for coffee or at venue for a walk through (if needed) to finalize planning on our amazing time together!
After wedding, I send you a gallery of sneak peaks within 72 hours. Full gallery sent out within 3-5 weeks
All wedding packages include:
“Wedding Guide'“ magazine in digital format for you to print and use to help plan all the amazing details!
A beautiful professional online gallery of all the images you will be proud to share with your friends and family! Attached is an online print shop for you to order prints, frames, gorgeous albums etc. Comes with printing rights for you to share, print + to download hi-res. images from, onto your computer!
A discounted engagement or day after adventure session valued at $475 for only $100 (free for destination weddings).
Wedding packages:
Intimate Weddings + Elopements [state side + international]
| $1,500 | full day coverage for intimate elopement and a day of adventure for you both with your closest intimate friends (25 guests or less). *Travel Cost not included and must ask for custom travel quote. Travel cost dependent on location.
Local Arizona weddings:
| $2,450 | full day coverage up to 200 guests *Travel costs apply if further than 1.5 hours outside of Yuma, Co. (1 night stay).
Out of state weddings
| $3,350 | full day coverage *travel costs included with small discount in package price to off set travel cost and to show desire for travel: (airfare, 2 night stay + car rental + travel fee).
Destination weddings
| $3,750 | full day coverage of your event for a destination location outside US. *travel costs included with a discount in package price to show desire to travel worldwide and to off set travel costs(airfare, 4 nights stay, car rental + travel fee). This package includes a Free day after adventure session in your wedding outfits, valued at $475 (must be booked within 3 days of wedding, and extended travel fees will be applied (extra nights of accommodation, rental car and a small increase in travel fee) you can also choose to add on an engagement session at a very discounted cost.
